We do not store or save credit card numbers at any time unless expressly permitted by you. We do not sell or allow the use of our customer database to anyone.
REGARDING YOUR FILES
When your computer breaks it isn’t always possible to backup your important personal files without professional assistance. We understand that your personal files are important and need to remain private. Our policy regard privacy of client files is below and is strictly followed.
1) We do not store client files on our servers in any way that would allow them to be viewed or moved online. Our backup servers are not attached to a network in anyway, nor do they have Internet access.
2) Files are only moved from your computer if your hard drive is failing and need to be recovered, at which time we backup your files to a backup server for temporary storage only, until such time as the files are then moved to your requested permanent storage location (I.E. replacement hard drive in your computer or DVD disc).
3) At no time are technicians permitted to view or copy your personal documents without your express permission.
